Return & Exchange Policy
At Glamours Valley, we strive to provide you with the finest quality cosmetic products. However, if you face any issues, we offer returns and exchanges under the following cases:
Case 1: Damaged, Broken, or Incorrect Order

If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Send us your Order Invoice and clear photos of the product showing the issue to our email.
Case 2: Missing Items in Your Order

If any items are missing from your package, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Share a picture of the Order Invoice and the items received to our email to help us verify.
✅ After verification, you will be requested to place the product in your nearest courier office for return so we can arrange for a replacement only.
🛑 Important Notes:

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags, seals, and accessories intact.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for used cosmetics due to hygiene reasons, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
📦 Your replacement order will be sent out if your exchange request is authorized, and you will be charged Rs. 250 in shipping fees to cover Pickup and Delivery.
